We’ve definitely outgrew these small school desks. But it’s a nice reminder that brings us back to our school days. How about putting this next to the door? A surface to put your keys and mail. A seat to put on your shoes. Or a conversation piece in your living room.

Glass and Brass Lamp

Based on the image, this lamp looks like it’s in great condition. The brass, glass, and wood combine to create varied textured banding. The material really shines. I can see it being central in a dark room, maybe floating over a pool table. The greens would compliment each other. The seller says there’s a brass label with the name “Old River” on it but I can’t find much information about that brand. At $80, it’s a bit pricey. However, the quality and supposed antiquity make it a good value.
